Handcrafted to Order

Every Hart & Helix piece is made by hand after your order is placed. Please allow 7-14 business days for crafting and quality inspection before your order ships. We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States. At checkout, you'll see the following options:

Transit times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to US addresses only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@hartandhelix.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally, but we plan to expand in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
