At Hart & Helix, every piece is individually handcrafted using premium materials like Badalassi Carlo full grain leather and solid brass hardware. We stand firmly behind the structural integrity of our work.

What is Covered

We warrant all Hart & Helix products against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the practical life of the product. This includes:

Failure of stitching or hardware under normal use.
Structural leather separations or structural seam failure.

If a product fails due to craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

What is Not Covered

Leather is a natural material that evolves with age. Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including natural patina, darkening, surface scuffs, or softening over time.
Damage caused by improper care, exposure to extreme moisture/chemicals, or accidents.
Unauthorized modifications or third-party alterations.
