What type of leather do you use?
We work with premium full-grain Italian Pueblo leather, sourced in small batches. Natural variation in texture and color is part of what makes each piece unique.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Hart & Helix piece is designed, cut, stitched, and finished by hand in Michigan.

Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Pueblo leather develops a rich patina with use, becoming softer and more characterful over time.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for crafting before shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How will my order be packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit and arrives ready to gift.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I care for my leather goods?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Over time, the leather will naturally condition through use. Additional care guidance is available on our Care & Materials page.
