All Hart & Helix pieces are made to order in Michigan. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship and finish rather than volume.

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be crafted before shipment.

Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking included. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected.

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
